Ken from Matsuyama Yakitori in Melbourne will be joining us for a delicious 3 course izakaya-style Japanese lunch on Sunday 8th March.

The menu will  showcase traditional Japanese flavours presented with a refined Western touch, with a focus on balance, seasonality, and clean execution. Ken began his career in Western cuisine before discovering my passion for Japanese cooking. This menu reflects Ken's  journey, blending izakaya-style dishes with Western culinary techniques to create something familiar, yet distinctive, and well suited for pairing with wine.

Lunch will be served alongside newly released Lyons Will wines as well as some old favourites, available to purchase by the glass or the bottle.

At Matsuyama, they don’t chase trends or decorate plates, they put our energy where it matters most — into the grill, the skewer, and the hands that prepare them.
