Dreaming Goat Dairy have a small herd of dairy goats and produce small batch, hand crafted, artisan goats cheeses. Our farm as well as cheese making facility is in the Macedon Ranges. Our products are predominantly sold at farmers markets as well as various speciality cheese outlet throughout Melbourne as well as being used in cafes and restaurants.

Mount Monument is a single vineyard in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. It sits at the base of a mamelon formed 6.25 million years ago.
It’s elevation and geology of rare volcanic soils contribute to low yields, slow ripening and high quality production.

Producing its own premium range of preservative-free craft beers, cider, ginger beer and alcoholic tea. The new complex will incorporate production and packaging facilities, including state of the art canning and labelling lines that will enable the brewery to produce up to 100,000 litres of beer each year. The venue will be relaxed, welcoming and of great value. Where possible, local produce will be the preferred offering on the menu.

Darraweit Valley Cider was born out of a thirst for something different. Our Orchardist, Marc Serafino is a former head chef with a passion for creating new flavours. By experimenting with flavours that work, he loves creating something new that can elevate the traditional cider experience. In 2010, Marc started to get serious about cider. His intricate perception of flavours led to his distinct cider style.
