Parkrun has been operating for over 6 years in the Lancefield Recreation Reserve - starts just to the left of the gate as you enter. Parkrun is totally free, but somewhat addictive, so be warned! Come down before 8 am any Saturday morning and join in the fun. Rain, hail or sunshine, we never miss a Saturday. After a bit of a chat, it is off you go. Run, walk, stroll, push a pusher, walk the dog, spot the rabbits - and 5k later you have started your weekend off with some fresh air and community. Join us for coffee afterwards, head to the market or home to chores.
