This vino extravaganza is a celebration of  local wine makers crafting their work, out of the lime light but with all the passion and skill they have. This is an opportunity for them to shine and for you to discover. From Pinot to Sparkling… this will be for you! Hosted at Lyons Will, featuring four different producers all under one roof. Taste, buy a glass, or share a bottle while enjoying the afternoon sun.

Taste the Terroir @ Dilworth & Allain - 5 Howe st DAYLESFORD

Taste Dilworth & Allain wines from Macedon Ranges and surrounding areas. Chris will be hosting a relaxed but structured tasting, which will focus on comparing different wines from the different soil profiles found in our local region. He will be accompanied by Barry Goldiy and Norman Latta. Barry is a local geologist and author of Six Peaks Speak, he will contribute with his expertise in the local geology and history of the Dja Dja Wurrung country. Norman will provide valuable insight into the winemaking and local area having worked in the industry for more than 40 years.
