Wildwood Organics

Wildwood Organics is a 2 acre garden situated in the foothills of the Macedon Ranges.

Wildwood Organics is a certified organic market garden growing over 50 different vegetables, many being heirloom varieties. Ben grows his vegetable in the black volcanic clay soil.

This soil has many challenges, but produces nutrient rich, colourful vegetables which are full of flavour, with an amazing shelf life. Each vegetable is planted by hand, weeded and harvested by hand.

It’s a super labour intensive job, but the people of Melbourne come to queue up at Farmers Market to grab some of Ben’s veggies every Saturday and Sunday.
