Matt Donnelly and and Jo Corrigan , two ex professional chefs and restaurateurs turned foragers, producers and adventurers.In 2016, after nearly ten years of operation in their beautiful restaurant, The Commoner, they swapped inner city living for the idea of moving to the country and becoming full time foragers and primary producers.

Producing its own premium range of preservative-free craft beers, cider, ginger beer and alcoholic tea. The new complex will incorporate production and packaging facilities, including state of the art canning and labelling lines that will enable the brewery to produce up to 100,000 litres of beer each year. The venue will be relaxed, welcoming and of great value. Where possible, local produce will be the preferred offering on the menu.
